Email Configuration: 


Under Configuration - Email Configuration you will find the settings for sending emails and unsubscribing. These will need to be set before sending email campaigns. 



Default FROM Email: This will be the email address that your customers will see when you send them emails. Likely it will be something like ‘info@companyname.com’ or ‘guestservices@company.com.’  


Simply click ‘Change Email’ to add yours. 


Email Unsubscribe Header: This will appear at the top of the email and will allow users to opt-out if they want to. This is important to have because opting-out is better for your email reputation than them marking you as spam. 


Here is an example of what that should look like: You are receiving these emails because you asked for more info from *company name.* If you don't want to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe by <a href="{unsubscribe_url}">clicking here</a>


Email Unsubscribe Footer: This is standard and will be at the bottom of every email. If you want to adjust it, just make sure that the <a href="{unsubscribe_url}">clicking here</a> is in place. 


To opt-out, unsubscribe by <a href="{unsubscribe_url}">clicking here</a>


Quiet Hours: When you select this timeframe, emails won’t be sent or received during these hours.
