Workroom
Each account has at least 1 workroom, potentially multiple, and each workroom has specific settings. Usually these are used for separate locations.
Under Configuration - Settings - Workroom, you will find the following info.
App ID: Each workroom has a unique ID which can be found here. This ID is used for syncing with integrations, landing pages, and any sort of API that needs to send info to this specific workroom.
App Name: This will likely be the name of the location associated with your workroom. This is exclusively an internal tool, so you can change the name however you see fit.
Messaging Service ID: This is used for agencies that want to share phone numbers across multiple accounts. Will need assistance from the CS Team for this.
Daily Digest: If you would like to receive daily emails with a breakdown of campaigns sent and messages received, click this box.
Show Ratings Dashboard: In order to turn on the ratings dashboard to see a report breaking down your feedback campaigns. The ratings dashboard will then appear on the lefthand menu when you refresh. More on feedback, reviews, and ratings here.
