How to set up a 'post-visit' segment for new customers - Memberships

A new customer who visits the park will receive an email talking about Altitude and memberships after their visit.


  • Add_date in the last 2 days

  • Membsership_Status is not one of Active     *

  • Last_visit_date in the last 1 day



* For this criteria, if no options are appearing in the dropdown, go to Configuration > Settings, find the Membership_status attribute, click on the three little lines that appear in that row, & click generate. You should see "Active" appear.  Don't forget to hit the Create button to save!
