It takes a few minutes to install this website widget and would allow you to engage your visitors. Your visitors can ask questions on the website and can continue to chat with you via text messages.
To install the widget, please copy the widget code from Configuration > Chat-to-Text Widget as shown below
Once you have copied the code -
- Paste the code right before the closing body tag on your website on every page where you want the widget to appear.
- After adding the code, open your website and your widget will appear.
You can customize the greeting message, auto-response and the color of the widget icon from the above configuration screen.
