• Log into your virtual account. 
  • Click the Customer button from the menu bar.
  • From the customer, list finds who you need to make the adjustment for.
  • Click on the name of the customer to pull up their customer profile.

 


  • From the Customer Profile screen click the Password tab.


  • You'll need to enter the new password into both fields. The password must be at least 8 characters in length. 
  • You can set a permanent password or just a temp password. The customer once logged in with the new credentials can reset their password for security purposes.

  • Press the Reset Password button when you are done. The page will refresh and a green prompt will let you know the update has been completed.
