How To Add A Sub-User
  • Log into your virtual account
  • Click on your company title in the upper right-hand corner
  • From the drop-down menu click account settings


  • From the account settings screen click sub-users from the menu options



  • From the sub-user screen, you'll then click Add Sub-User



  • A pop-up window will then appear. Fill out the proper information. 
    • User Name - Name of the sub-user
    • User Email - The email the sub-user will use to login
    • User Password - Security password sub-user will use to login
    • User Role - The role and access level you are giving the sub-user
    • Location - You are able to limit access to specific locations for a sub-user (only needed if you have multiple locations setup)


  • Click Create when you are complete
