How to add a Credit Cards | Customer POV
  • Customer needs to log in to their customer portal from your website. 
  • From the My Account screen click Payment Method.

  • Click the purple +add card button on the right. Then you enter the card information and mark it as default. When ready there is a gray +Add Card button that you will click once.

  • Give the system a second to think and a green prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen when that card is added successfully.


  • You customer can then can click back into Payment Method and they will see their card is displayed.
