How to add a Credit Cards | Customer POV
- Customer needs to log in to their customer portal from your website.
- From the My Account screen click Payment Method.
- Click the purple +add card button on the right. Then you enter the card information and mark it as default. When ready there is a gray +Add Card button that you will click once.
- Give the system a second to think and a green prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen when that card is added successfully.
You customer can then can click back into Payment Method and they will see their card is displayed.
