Sub-User Password Reset

  • Log into your Gleantap Virtual Account. appvirtual.gleantap.com
  • Select Account Settings from the upper right-hand corner

  • From the Account settings screen select Sub-User from the menu. 

  • When selecting this button it will pull up a list of sub-users for the account.
  • Find which sub-user you would like to adjust and click the pencil icon associated with that row. 

  • An edit window for this user will pop up. From here you can adjust their User Name, User Email, Password, etc. Place the "new" password in the New Password fields. The password will need to be at least 8 characters in length. That is the only requirement. 

  • Once you've entered in the password click Update.
