How to Create a New Template

Step 1: Navigate to the Templates area of your account by going to Campaigns - Templates. 



Step 2: Click on the big green circle with a '+' sign to create a new template. 


Step 2b: Click on area marked 'Default Templates,' hover your mouse over the template you want to use, click on the gear icon and select 'copy.' This will allow you to start from a pre-built template. 



Step 3: Use the different content options to build your structure by dragging and dropping sections into the main body of the email. 



This is an example of a basic email structure:



Step 4: Once you have your template where you want it design-wise, name your template and click on the blue button in the editor that says 'Save.' Now you will be able to use this template when setting up an Email Campaign.
