How to Cancel a Booking

- Log into your account.
- From the customer, portal click on my bookings.
- Find the class you no longer want to participate in and click cancel.

- When you click the cancel button, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Click ok.
- The screen will refresh and the status of the booking will have changed to cancelled.
