How to Cancel a Booking

  • Log into your account. 
  • From the customer, portal click on my bookings.
  • Find the class you no longer want to participate in and click cancel.

  • When you click the cancel button, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Click ok. 
  • The screen will refresh and the status of the booking will have changed to cancelled.
