If your class is set to recur every week, but you wish to prevent members from booking on a certain date without affecting the rest of the dates the class is available, the Exception tool will come in handy.
- Go to Manage>Classes and then click on the Exceptions tab.
- Select the Date.
- Select the Rule:
- Full-Day block: This blocks all of the classes occurring on a particular date.
- Class block: This blocks a particular class on a particular date.
- Click the green "+" button to add. Once you see the rule appear on the list, you are good to go!
