• Access the Teachers tab by going to Manage>Trainers.
  • Click on the black + Add a Teacher button found on the top-right.



  • Enter all the required details for each tab
  • OVERVIEW TAB: 
    • First Name & Last Name fields: This is the name that will be displayed on the site.
    • Email field: This will not be displayed on the site. The email is necessary to add trainer information on Gleantap, even if you decide not to send an invite to the trainer for them to make their own trainer account.
    • Phone field: This will not be displayed on the site.
    • Title field: This is their professional job title that will be displayed on the site.
    • Location field: By default, this field should show your business's name. If it does not show, contact support@master.io.
    • Gender field: This will not be displayed on the site, nor is it required.
    • Available to Book field: Selecting "Yes" for this field will display the time slots inputted on the Schedule tab to members visiting the trainer's calendar on the site. Selecting "No" shows no availability on their calendar.
    • Pay field: This is for recording purposes only. Gleantap does not pay out your trainers. Y
    • Tags field: This is for internal organizational use.
    • Bio: This is the bio that will be displayed on the site.
    • Featured Image field: This is the profile picture that will be displayed on the site.
    • Send an invite to create an account checkbox: This will send an email to the trainer inviting them to complete their account sign-up. By clicking on the link in the email, the trainer will have the option to fill in the optional fields on their own.



  • ADDITIONAL TAB:
    • These fields allow the trainer to showcase achievements, certifications, and personal social media accounts.


  • SCHEDULE TAB:
    • If the trainer is available to book, these time slots will appear on their trainer calendar.





Click the black "Submit" button and you should see the trainer appear plans list found at Manage>Trainers.
