At times Zoom will push out updates that can disconnect third-party connections. If this happens Mastera will notify you of this disconnection.
- Log into your virtual account
- Click your business title in the upper right-hand corner
- From the drop-down menu click account settings
- From the account settings screen click Zoom from the menu navigation
- Find the account that is disconnected. There will be a status of inactive and you'll see a small power cord icon under the action column. Click the power cord to connect Zoom.
- When you click the power cord a new window for the Zoom login page will load.
- Log into your Zoom account from this screen.
- Once logged in a Gleantap / Zoom authorization form will appear.
- Click the blue authorize button at the bottom of the screen.
- Your Zoom account is not connected. Log out of your Mastera account and log back in to refresh the Zoom account settings view.
