• Access the Plans tab by going to Manage>Plans.
  • Click on the black "+ Add Plan" button found on the top-right.
  • Enter all the required details:
  • "Plan Name" field: This is the name that will appear on the checkout page.
  • "Short Description" field: This is optional, and will appear underneath the plan name on the checkout page.
  • "Plan Type" field: Select from Membership or Pay-as-you-go.
  • "Plan Pricing" field: Once you submit the plan, you will not be able to edit the pricing structure (you can delete or make the plan private, and then create a new one with the updated pricing).
    • Select if the plan is recurring or a one-time payment. If it's recurring, input how often it recurs. If it's a one-time payment, indicate when it expires.
    • To set up a Free Membership plan, set the criteria to: "Recurring, $0, Every 1 Month"
  • "Trial" field: If a trial period is set, members will not be charged the plan price until the trial is over. Credit Card information will still be required at checkout and the member may or may not see a pending charge on their bank statement.... however the payment will not be withdrawn until the trial period is over.
  • "Status" field: Active displays the plan on the checkout page and Private takes down the plan from the checkout page.

  • After you have setup the basic information you will now need to set the limitations of the class. 


CLASS LIMITS

  • You can set limits for each of these plan types in the section off to the right of the page. For example, you can set up a plan the includes classes & videos, and another plan that includes classes but excludes videos.

  • Click the black "Submit" button and you should see the plan appear plans list found at Manage>Plans. Ensure that a checkmark appears in the Stripe column for that plan. 
  • If you do not see one, disconnect & reconnect Stripe to Mastera and then edit the plan and submit it again to get the checkmark.
