**** IMPORTANT. It is recommended to connect your Stripe account first before building any plans out in the system.

When you click on Manage>Plans, you will be able to manage membership plans, class packs, and training packages for your members to purchase.  


Across the top of the screen, you will see a black "+ Add Plan" button:



  • "Name" column: This is the name of the plan that will display on the checkout page.
  • "Type" column: This displays a colored tag to indicated the membership type (Membership, Class Pack, Training, Pay as You Go).
  • "Price" column: This displays the cost of the plan and indicates how often it recurs.
  • "Stripe" column: This displays a checkmark to indicate that the plan is synced to your Stripe account.
  • "Active Subscribers" column: This shows a tally of how many people purchased that particular membership.
  • "Action" column: By default, the plan is set to be Active, but clicking on the Active button gives options to make the plan Private. (Active displays the plan on the checkout page and Private takes down the plan from the checkout page). Edit the plan using the pencil icon or to delete the plan using the trash icon.
